every year
on or around my bday I wind up really bummed out. This year is no different.
I always try to think of it just like any other day, but I get caught up in the hype and get stoked and then get disappointed when it doesn't work out.
This weekend was kind of a bust. I mean, I had great times just no great b-day times. Although I did make a really tight present for one friend, and recieved some tight prezzies from some others. And my mom and dad came through with some fun stuff - an iKaraoke for one! So even though I didn't get to have the karaoke bday extravaganza I wanted, due to unnamed parties pooping out, I can have one every day by myself and be the saddest person alive.
