Which is definitely a good thing, and exactly what Cally and Mac had been counting on by staying there well out the way of everything going on outside.

What they do have is lots of cookies, a bed to lounge on, a laptop and movies to distract themselves with while everyone else battles evil.

Cally was munching on an Oreo, thoughtfully.

"So, this is officially the best invasion ever," she said.

"Not seeing any of the invadees probably helps with that," Mac pointed out as she rearranged the pillows behind her. "This plan, was definitely the right plan."

"I do feel kinda guilty, knowin' people are out there getting hurt? But then I remember what happened last time, and well, definitely not gonna be a help if I went out and tried to, erm, help, you know?" She nibbled more on the cookie.

"It's probably better that we're keeping way, way out of all that," Mac agreed. "Can't imagine me being a whole lot of help. Troll fighting, so not my area of expertise."
