Brittany Patton
I have nothing else to do so I'm going to write an entry for my live journal.
I asked Brittany what I should write about and she told me to write about her. So I will. I met Brittany on the first day of 6th grade in homeroom, and I hated her. I know that sounds like a bitchy thing to say, but she didn't like me too much either. We were vicious to one another all throughout the year. Then 7th grade comes around, and we just so happened to be in the same Technology class. 7th grade was an improvement but we still had our up and downs, and some minor disagreements but it was beginning of a beautiful friendship. The summer after 7th grade is when we really started to become really good friends going straight into 8th grade. I'd have to say we mostly bonded over the fact that we knew that neither one of would be returning to Elwood for our freshman year of high school. 7th and 8th grade were really great years, but 9th grade had to our greatest, most challenging year yet. I have to say we've been through a lot, much more then most friendships would last through, especially if they didn't go to the same school. Though we did it, and I have to say it has only made us closer. She pretty much saved my life, and I don't think I could ever really say, " Thank you ", and " I'm Sorry " enough to show how grateful I am. I love her dearly and if you got back to me in 20 years I'm more then positive she will still be my Brittany.
