Guess who is broke broke broke?
Dear coworkers new and old:
NO, you CANNOT have my shifts. I have been getting less hours because of the sheer volume of all of you recently, but I still have the same bills to pay. Our joint venture partner (aka district manager, in layman's terms) pitched a fit because we "didn't have enough servers" when he doesn't really know how our restaurant works, and so because of him, we had to hire about 5 more people than we really needed. Plus, it's January, and January is a notoriously slow month in the business world. I understand where you guys are coming from, but after getting asked for the fifth time if I can give up a shift, it's really getting on my nerves. Do the rest of us a favor and just fucking quit if you're so unhappy with the money. I'll be really happy to see some of you go, to be honest.
