A lighter entry
Dentist appointment is tomorrow. I knew I should have called them. Ugh.
I'm going to see Harry Potter in the morning with Alex, then I'm off to my actual dentist appointment. I also need to pay for my classes or I'll be dropped and have to re-register. I'm taking Math for the Liberal Arts (yes, that's really what the course is called), Spanish 101, Information Literacy, Class Piano I, and Orientation. The orientation thing only goes through October and I feel like the piano class won't be too painful. I was originally signed up for an Intro to Journalism class, but it's not one of the requirements for VCU and I'm not sure it will transfer. As Mom said, no point in wasting money on classes that I don't need.
The only thing is that I now have classes all five days of the week instead of three. Oops. Of course, it helps that the piano class is the only one I have on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so maybe it won't be so bad.
On the plus side, pretty much all of my requirements for VCU will also count towards an associates degree before I transfer. The only things I would have to take for the associates are the orientation course and a health or P.E. elective. We'll see.
NoVa Alex might be coming to visit next week. Oh dear. It'd be fun to see him again, but at the same time, I feel like it would make my Alex really uncomfortable for reasons I totally understand. We'll see what happens.
