its been forever and a day. - come visit me in sac-
i have so much to write about and i dont even know where to start so probably wont even put half of everything on here or else i would be here all night. right now i am at home for 2 days since i left two weeks ago.. i missed my family and my puppies so i had just had to come on our first day off! did i all ready mention that i am having the BEST TIME OF MY LIFE in sacramento...bc i am! i have met so many new people at the church and in masters commission..its crazy how fast i have fallen in love with all my new friends (dione, alex rae, monique, yinka, keturah, grace, morgan (and those are just the first year girls) we have all gotten so close within these two weeks it seriously AMAZES me!! the first day i got there we were supposed to find out who our home openers were (the people we are supposed to live with) but me and my room-mate didnt have a house bc/ they didnt have enough ppl to sign up to be a home opener. so they put us with a single lady who works at the church to stay with her temporarily until they found us another home. so there are three girls, inculding myslef living in a small apartment. i sleep on a couch and my room-mate (her name is Keturah) sleeps on a futon bed, and then the girl who we are living with (her name is Casara) she sleeps in her room. the place is very cramped, but we are doing our best to make it roomey and homey for the time being. i am had so many awesome experiences with God in these past two weeks, i love it! right now, i dont have any internet access, but i will soon hopefully ;) all of our days are packed full of things to do. we usuaslly start at about 7 or 8 a.m. are busy with school and other things until about 5, and then get a 2 or 3 hour break to go home and do whatever, and then we have to be back to do more stuff...so i dont really have time to be homesick bc/ they keep us so busy (which i like) i feel like i have been there for 2 months....not two weeks :) well, i have to go work on some homework so this is going to be all for now.. i love everyone!! love/ali
