50 min on the phone with Indian Tech guy along with a call to Dell and 3 hour of digging around on computer with Steven, and we finally got the Zune software to work. Did you know that I didn't have access to the all users documents? My administrator was password protected and we had to use a program to hack the password to get in! Ahhhhh! Seriously, whole day wasted. Still, the stupid thing should work now.
