Soooooo... First exam be happening tomorrow morning.. Don't actually feel bothered in the slightest, perhaps a touch of over-confidence?  I've done a practice paper every morning for the last few days, so at least I'm used to getting up and doing chem :P  I'm averaging above what I got last year, which is the whole point of the re-sit, so hurrah.
Went over everything again with Giles last night; he seemed pretty impressed at my actually remembering things, especially when we disagreed on an answer and it turned out I was right (and I pay him why...?) :P  He even gave me a pat on the head and said "well done" as he left.  How charming!

Anyway, after examness in the morning am off to town with Mr Peck.  On the to-do list is handing in loan forms (shall be so glad to get rid of it >_<) and purchasing a beach towel, if one can be found.  Where do people buy beach towels from?!

I've been feeling in a really artistic mood the last few days, which always happens when I have work to do!  Really wanted to try vector art after reading a tutorial earlier, but I don't think I have a compatible program, or at least if we do I'm not used to it.  So I'm doing a vaguely vector-inspired possibly self-portrait type thing in photoshop.  Which I realise completely defeats the purpose of vector art :P Oh well, it's quite interesting to say the least :P
I also keep picking up my pencil and attempting to draw any of a number of  characters, although I don't have a clear enough image of them in my head, or the skill to get a picture I actually like.  Very irritating, I want an actual reference of what I think they look like!

Well that was a slightly disjointed and random entry *g*  Much apologies folks, I'll write a proper entry when something vaguely interesting happens.  Promise ;)

(And to finish, quote of the day (because I said I would):  "well as long as you don't put it IN my mouth :P" And that made perfect, innocent sense when said in context  :P)

giles, art, chem, exam, shopping
