Can you be friends with someone who has COMPLETELY different morals than you? well its not working out for me so well lately. at first it was little stuff, and now its like we have nothing in common. our sense of humor is way different, the personality of this person is completely crude and disturbing, and the behavior of this person is outstandingly different than myself.
And all this has become apparent to me only recently, even though this person has been this way for quite awhile now. I think its because i've recently met someone who has changed my outlook on life in general...for the better i assure you. Ive basically taught myself all the spiritual elements of my life because my family isn't very religious. I've always just based my decisions on what i've known to be right or wrong and the basic things i know about the religion that ive embraced. which by the way is christianity. I know all the basic stories and life/moral lessons. Ive read parts of the bible that i found profound and necessary to lead the best life i can. But i actually made a new year's resolution yesterday...yes i know late...but better late than never. Ive decided to take the time out of my life to dedicate myself to reading the entire bible cover to cover this year.
Its time to make some life changes.
