One of the new intake thought it would be hilarious to start the year by breaking into the offices of senior practitioners and steal/hex/rearrange things...as a result, I nearly lost my appointment diary again (luckily I had a spare copy in my handbag) and my entire filing system would have been destroyed were it not for the fact I have an anti-thief jinx on the cupboard for privacy reasons of my patients.
The temporary head of disciplinary decided just to suspend him for a couple of weeks - but if he does anything like that to my office again, I'm seriously going to be tempted by a disembowelling curse instead.
I think I need cheering up.
