I want someone watching them, getting notes, anything and everything. I don't trust it when they're quiet, especially this quiet.

Also, I was informed of Ken's leaving. He will be sorely missed, as he was a strong asset to our team. Note, though, that we'll have to put in more hours to cover the hole he has left behind.
