I'm not sure how I feel Suddam's execution...
I know that his dictatorship was wrong, and that he killed alot of people...but I'm not sure death for a death is the right way.
I thought I was okay with the death penalty, but I guess not. There's something barbaric about the idea of a life for a life, eye for eye, arm for arm...whatever. It seems very primative. It seems odd that the point of the law is to prevent murder, and yet it's okay to use it as punishment. It's all very backwards and hypocritical.
