It means... Well, it means a great many things, actually. The big one! Well, that's.... I haven't the foggiest as to where we are. This is bizarre. Even my TARDIS can pinpoint a location. But here, it's... Nothing. Almost like this place doesn't even exist. Nothing is familiar at all - and I've seen everything...

[He stutters a bit, ruffling his hair. The whole thing has him rather perplexed.]
