His Bookshelf

What's on his shelf, for Kaito or anyone who gets to see it and is paying attention:

There is a row of books that's pretty much the entire Sherlock Holmes collection, with a couple of Arsene Lupin novels on the end.
"Daybreak" and "Thus Spake Zarathustra" by Nietzche
A couple of fairly advanced and recent psychology textbooks
Very thick history of criminology
Collected works of William Blake (one decent-sized volume)
Riverside Shakespeare (it is a book you could kill with.)
The Iron Flute (collection of Zen koans/parables with commentary)

His journals are on the upper shelf, granted they're mixes of notes and ...coded notes. Comedically enough, the few times his journals do veer into more normal diary-writing, the code gets almost as thick as it does in recent volumes when he's sorting things on the Org.

There's also a lock-box under his bed with a couple more potentially dangerous journal volumes and a few letters, along with newspaper clippings, photos, and casefiles of some of his past cases.

[He ... may pick up more on some of the field trips.]
