Visible when he's dressed normally:
Sides of both hands - edges ragged, nasty but somewhat easy to miss since they often get obscured by his sleeve cuffs, where he skinned off most of the flesh forcing his hands out of restraints when he was 13.
Also two puncture scars on the underside of his chin - they're REALLY freaking easy to miss and as old as the ones on his hands.
Other scars:
That incident when he was 13? There's a few more related to it that're usually hidden under his his shirt - an oval burn scar right about center on his sternum, and some fairly nasty metal-burn scars on his back that're laid out a bit ... regularly. Also a pair of still somewhat smallish puncture scars on his chest just above the smaller burn.
There's a faded gash down his left thigh on the outside; it's a little ragged - it's from a slip while climbing a fire escape.
There's another jagged gouge on the side of his left elbow - caught on a pointed railing when he slipped. That was just last year, and yes, he was doing something stupid.
He has two "close brush" scars - one's a gunshot graze on his right side along the ribcage, the other's a scar from a fairly shallow knife gash on his stomach on the left. The gunshot's a relatively recent scar (two years old), the knife scar's older, and very much faded.
