Yay! Welcome Back! I've joined the tumblr legion as well, mainly so I can be updated when people are livestreaming their game. Plus it's really good for quick one picture post. I still really like LJ for most other things. I think it's a lot easier to communicate here than at tumblr and it's good for stories and the like. Anyways, I happily have both.

I can't tell you much about S3 stuff. I feel pretty behind on that front, but there are all kinds of amazing s3 to s2 conversion sets. Anyways, see you around. :D

Hi! Oh what's your tumblr address? That's what I think could be cool about tumblr - even if I'm not playing much or don't have the time, I can just post one picture or put stuff in the queue /lazy ahah.

So much seems to have happened with S3! I'm so behind too!

I am so glad to see you back, when I saw you added my new LJ account I literally squeed! *hugs*
I am following you on Tumblr. The simblr community is really amazing, and I like Tumblr a lot better than LJ. It is so much easier to post things there and I love to reblog contents from other people!
As for TS3, I never thought I'd have said that, but I love it and, at the moment, I'm liking it way more than TS2. People often say that EPs add a lot to the game, but I've played for months with only the basegame and Ambitions and I really enjoyed it nonetheless. Still, if your computer can handle them, I'd definitely get GEN and LN. I actually bought Generations first, then I 'explored' it for a few months, and then I got Late Night too. Generations adds many new interactions and objects, while Bridgeport, the world that comes with Late Night, is gorgeous. I don't have Pets, but I think I will get it for my birthday because I really love how pets look. Oh my, I talk way too much. Sorry! :)

Ah this is so exciting! You know I still use your lips from ages ago. They're fabulous and I've tried to recolor them (failed) cause I love them so much! Wecome back!

Hi!:D Oh wow that is amazing. It makes me so happy that you like them so much and have found them useful! You know if there is a particular recolour that you want, I could maybe do it for you once my game and everything is reinstalled. :)

I hope you don't give up on LJ altogether! Since I was a latecomer to sim blogging in general, I'm not ready to abandon ship to tumblr just yet, and LJ is just better for some things. :)

I know what you mean! LJ is definitely better for certain styles of blogging. The thing is, I've been thinking about what exactly I'm to post at LJ and I don't know what to do really. I don't like having 2 accounts/sites for the same for this very reason! It's confusing! I want to post at LJ, but at the same time I don't want to post repeats of what I've already posted, cause I guess some people would find that annoying, and I don't want to different things because 1) I don't really have the time to do separate sets of things 2) I really like everything to be in one place. =/ I was thinking about posting "summary" updates, from pictures I've already posted on tumblr, here, but again it might annoy people who have already seen those pictures ( ... )

No, I get it! I delayed getting a simblr for a long time because I just thought it would be confusing keeping track of what goes where and everything. But I think I like LJ for my main updates and use tumblr to post kind of notifications that there's new update on my LJ (like, one picture and a link) and then random one-picture-at-time posts. I don't know if it's the perfect system, but so far it seems okay...

I'd probably of done the same as you actually if I hadn't had such a long break. But it felt strange coming back to this 'old' journal and it was quite nice to start a fresh on tumblr. I'm still going to keep track of my friends page here though, even if I don't post regularly, so at least I'm not completely abandoning it ;)
