Totally Confused On The Matter
Luna Lovegood said she caught Malfoy and Ginny Weasley kissing. Or raping her. Or... sorry if this sounds insensitive but Luna doesnt have the best credibilty you know what Im saying? But she's never been known to PURPOSELY lie either. I um, just said that we couldnt penalize couples (eurgh, I dont want to imagine those two like that!!) and Ginny said she wasnt anywhere near Malfoy that night and well while Ginny has a talent to lie between her teeth (sorry Ron, but you fall victim quite right with that) why would she like the number one antagonizer in her and her friends' life? Malfoy was claiming that he was kissing Luna at that moment. But Luna said it wasnt consensual.
I told Luna that she should stick to her original story that Malfoy forced her to kiss him back or something of that nature and should bruises form on her arms, that in itself was something to pin Malfoy on. Liiiiiiike removing him of his prefect badge?? *dance*
