so i'm having trouble with my roommate. i told him that i am getting a new roommate, and that the landlord had told me that i can have this apartment. he automatically thinks he's evicted, so he tells the landlord that i said he was being evicted.
not true
he told me that the landlord was pissed off because i lied to him. and he claims she also told him that he doesnt have to resign his lease, it will just roll over into the next year. just like that.
also, not true
apparently kendall is having its housing day this friday, and the landlord said she would send anyone to him who was looking for a roommate. my roommate claims that if he cant find a roommate by july 31st, he is NOT moving out, and there is nothing i can do about it.
thats hilarious, he is threatening me, with zero leverage
i talked to the landlord, and she said that if he doesnt move out on july 31st, i can just move to a different 2 bedroom (not what i want to do, i want this place) and she will force him to sign a lease for this apt. and he will have to pay $675 on his own.
think he'll leave?
i also think he's obsessed with me, he told her he DOES NOT want to leave, he just wants everything the way they are. and he wants only me as his roommate. anyone else a little creeped out?
it could be because more that 3/4th of the stuff in this apartment is mine. if you look in the living room, the only thing he owns is a sofa and a lamp. and he has this nice big desk in his room for his computer....yea it belongs to me. so i think i know why he wants to keep me as a roommate
