why does it say that my renewal contract date is on the 15th of November on their site and then they are telling me that i cant upgrade until christmas eve!
cant do fuck all anyway, apparently the systems are down.
Aye well O2, im afraid you wont be getting £35 a month off me from christmas eve for the shite i get on my contract.

edit: also, last night i treated myself to three duvets to cover me and also a fleeecy cover to sleep on. Was like sleeping on a cloud
