(no subject)
okay. i just got back from res. and i get online. i find that i have a basquillion icq/ livejournal comment. not very nice comments either. but i didnt really care.
so heres an update:
friday: left for res on our "rich pplz" tour bus. manisha says that i am a black woman on the inside......that was a little wierd.but on the way to gatlinburg it was pretty quiet. i rode with beth and we got sandwiches from subway for dinner. we get to the motel at about nine, unpacked and went to the first session at ten. the speaker was elyse barimore. she is awsome! i really liked her. she talked about having holy chicken sandwiches from Chic-fil-a............. and pickles. i was tryin to get close to beth but i found out that she doesnt like me in that way. (sigh) oh well!!! ill find someone eventually. god has a plan
saturday: woke up at about 7 and ate brakfast. went to the first session of the day at 10. after that, jimmy brought us all back to the motel so we could go out on the town. me, manisha, joel, slemp, gina, cara, callie, beth, chasity worley, catherine, and billy went and ate at the hard rock and it was sooooo good.we danced to YMCA outside and a bald guy joined us for a little bit. after that, me, callie, and gina were really tired cause we got like, 2 hours of sleep so we went back to the motel and took a nap. then cara, slemp, billy, joel, zach, and i played phase 10 in my room. then we went to the 2nd session of the day. it was at 7 until like....10:30 and elyse rocked. after we got back to the motel, manisha, beth, catherine, joel, billy, cara, slemp,and i think gina, and maybe zach played phase 10....again. then i got hungry at about midnight so i walked to wendys and got a chicken sandwich. (shhh! dont tell jimmy!)
sunday: last day in gatlinburg. :^( we went to the last service, which was communion, and then we left for home. we were going to stop at mcdonalds for lunch but jimmy changed his mind at the last second and we went to golden corral. billy ate like he had a tapeworm and i barley ate anything. yay me. then when we all got back on the bus, me, joel, manisha, billy, cara, slemp, beth, and sometimes gina played madlibs. that was so much fun! then after we got home we celebrated billys birthday and ate cake. thats about it
