Kool-aid is fun.
It lightly snowed last night. I mean barely anything but it was enough to get me out of school today. Yay. I think it's funny that teachers want out of school as much as students. When I was a teacher I never thought about that. But now that I'm doing the whole teacher thing, I wish for snow days and count down to holidays just as much as the students. And when they whine about having to do work, or be at school, you know the standard whine stuff you did as a student i always tell them, "What you think I want to be here teaching you? You don't think I'd rather be at home in bed too?"
I didn't have work today and most of the week due to the school being cancelled cause everyone had the flu. (250 kids were out sick monday... 20% of all the schools in the county). I was feeling pretty bored so I finally got around to kool-aid dying yarn. That's right I'm using the stuff you use to drink as a kid to dye yarn. I am taking pictures. I'm not done or else I'd show you the results, maybe tomorrows post.
Oh and my cats are going inbred on me. I guess the kittens are old enough- damn it. I haven't had them fixed yet because well one didn't have the money but I was like they are still young, it's all good. But Tom Kitten and Tak are going at it. Stupid stupid stupid inbred kitties. Anyone want some retarded kittens that will probably result from this inbredness?
