He was going to talk about how justice prevails and heroes always win and other stuff he's gotten from TV and comic books. But... he can't muster that sort of thing anymore, ever since he saw what happened to Latvia.

He was my friend, even if he didn't know me yet... I was going to teach him about all the awesome stuff there is in the future.
