matthew and i learned so many valuable lessons tonight while watching "man vs. wild" and "i shouldn't be alive"!
1. if you are for some reason forced to swim through freezing water and you make it to shore, take off anything that is cotton. it absorbs all the heat! you will actually end up warmer without any clothes on.
2. to keep yourself cool when you're extremely hot, pee on something and wrap it around your head.
3. matt told me this one randomly: if you are caught in an avalance and can't tell where you are within the snow, pee to see which way it flows and head the opposite direction!
tonight was a great time.
so yeah, i'm going to wake up tomorrow and do tons of laundry. then i'll pack for my trip and go out to finish my christmas shopping. once that's done, i'll come home to wrap presents, have dinner with my family, and then open presents! in between all of this, i hope to say see my friends. i can' believe i'm going to florida on sunday morning. it's going to be a great trip.
