We went shopping yesterday, and at this one store we went to, their sizes were so ridiculously tiny. It brings on a very negative self-image when I can only fit into an extra-large. Bought two shirts - one declares coffee as my life-blood, and the other says 'poopoo' and has a cartoon man doing his business. It is beautiful.
Over the weekend, almost the entire family went to Tagaytay (a popular resort area in the mountains, south of Manila), which was incredibly fun. The food was fantastic and wonderful, and besides a few hours by the pool and in the hot tub, all I did was eat. We're going to Bangkok this weekend. Am disgustingly excited as the shopping is supposed to be brilliant.
Speaking of brilliant shopping, Wednesday we're going to Marikina as there's a Guess? outlet and a retired Manolo designer. JOY.
Have a new haircut - slightly shag-ish and relaxed. I like.
Tonight I start my classroom scuba-diving lessons; I have them all this week. After, Sev, Daniel, and I are going to take the actual classes together. Then we all get certificates that say "Hey, you're certified." More Joy.
