okay girl I have failed everyday since trying a fast and well since I am starting on a monday I thought it would help so lets see if it works. At work it is always tough for me to resist eating all the snacks cuz i love salty snacks like wheat crackers and cheese crackers! ugh! sooo tough! well my starting weight is 148 and thats a problem! so i stopped eating at 9 pm and its 12:42 and its about 15 hours since my last meal. and i have 9 hours left i can doooo this! i'll post after i get back from the wrestling gym! well it is 1:14 so i have 8 hours left in my fast shouldn't be too hard i'm gonna try and go two days without eating so i'll soo how i do i might just have some veggies when i get back from the gym with teddy after my fast is over and then start over from there.....lets see how i feel. 16 hours down 8 more to go!
