I have a new phone at my desk. And more proof that our owner doesn't give two shits about the service department. Everyone got new phones (it's a new system) but only the service engineers got these small, crappy desk phones that basically are useless for anything other than making and receiving calls. They don't have anywhere near the capabilites that that the old ones did. And we ARE going to bitch until we get new ones! ~grumps~
