HEY DUDES. Everything has been pretty awesome and good lately.
I went down to Portland for Halloween, which was amazing and fantastic. I took the train, which was really neat - definitely need to do that again. It even goes all the way down to California, so HEY GUYS? CHEAPER THAN A PLANE? LOL? Anyway, Halloween was spent with Spork, Holly, Tony, Milku, and Spork's two friends David and Elizabeth (both of which are cool cats and I wish they used the internet DAMNIT.) We paraded around Portland, jumping buses and street-trains, and I got a bacon-maple bar at Voodoo Donuts. BACON on a DONUT, wtf, tastiest and probably worst-for-me thing I have ever eaten. 8| and when it got dark, we ran around downtown all dressed up while Spork, as a Left 4 Dead Hunter, ran around scaring the living shit out of people with her awesome zombie cry. RAIIIIII! My Daft Punk costume came out pretty gorgeous, but not very practical (at all) for running around in a city in the dark - so I got to borrow a blue wig and Lego Mars Explorer vest from Spork, and I was a SPACE CADET instead. That was much more fun. c:
Holly made us tons and tons of food - pumpkin muffins, pumpkin curry, and pumpkin pancakes the following day, and she is the cutest and sweetest thing ever. <3 <3 Day after Halloween, we got chocolate tasties from Godiva, and then I got my septum re-pierced! It was a sad story that I hadn't talked about here, but after I got it first done, I had to take it out pretty much immediately - it was done crooked, and the jewelry I was given wasn't appropriate for healing, since it wouldn't even fit inside my nose while flipped up (and I NEEDED it hidden while at work). SO, I had it done down there in Portland at an absolutely wonderful shop, with the right retainer to heal it with. It actually came out a teensy bit crooked again, even though the piercer (George) who did it definitely knew what he was doing this time. It was also leaning the exact same way it was the first time, so OOPS, it turns out that's actually just my nose's anatomy causing that. B| Balls. BUT on the bright side, George gave the me the piercing AND the retainer for free, since he won't settle for anything less than perfect... AND he gave me a $35 gift card for the store, on top of that. Omg. <3
Then eventually I had to come home~ It was a super awesome mini-vacation overall, I loved it like woa. <3
