I should learn some better timing
So I've finally managed to leave the grips of the XMFC fandom, don't get me wrong, I still keep an eye on stuff, but no longer feel quite as compelled to keep up with everything.
School has really hit its stride for me, so I've basically shut down everything except my email.
As a side note, getting into minecraft in the middle of midterm season is a terrible terrible idea.
Anyhow, since I seem incapable of functioning without some sort of new shiny fandom to play around in, I have somehow acquired a taste in these:
1. Skyfall - I HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN THIS MOVIE YET, but the 00Q fics are so adorable and of course AO3 is already all over that
2. One Direction - I'm...a little ashamed of myself for this one, I resisted so well lurking on tumblr, and then AO3 managed to suck me in anyway and guess what? They're coming to perform in town! It's some sort of morning show and I am actually debating the merits of waking up at like 5AM to potentially get the miniscule chance of standing somewhere vaguely good to see them...and of course its also the morning of my midterm! Woot, yea, I haven't seen the sun rise in way too long to even want to contemplate getting on the subway before the sun rises. Somewhat tempting, but no, resist self, resist, you'll stand out like a sore thumb and...just no, resist!
3. Sentinel!AUs, idek. IDEK.
