4 GLORIOUS Days :)
Just wanted to let everyone know that I am going to Portland today! I won't be home until Thursday....and I am exstatic! Going to Portland ALWAYS makes me feel like I am at home. Its weird. When I am here in the 3Cities, and things are in full swing (school and what not....) I am completely satisfied with my life here. Singing in FreeForm makes me so happy, and I love every friend that I have here. But when I go to Portland, I honestly realize how much I miss my friends there. I can't even begin to explain how happy these people make me feel. They are some of the absolute most AMAZING people, and I can't wait to go spend a couple of days with them!
OK...I am also going to a "specialist- doctor" in Portland today. For those of you who don't know much about my medical condition....I was diagnosed with Uterine cancer when I was 19....and as a result to that, and 2 surgeries later, I had a hysterectomy (sorry I am a HORRIBLE speller!) haha. Well in the past couple of years, I have been having reaccuring fibroid tumors and I was diagnosed with External Endometriosis....So I have had 3 surgeries the past couple of years, and again, they have found more tumors and cysts in my body....My Doctor here is frusterated, because she can't keep my condition under control...and we decided it was best to send me to a specialist...and she asked if I wanted to go to Seattle or Portland....that was tough decision ;) haha. So I will keep all informed. My doctor here was actually considering chemotherapy here....and I don't think I am ready for that! so prayers and your thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated!
OK...gotta finish packing and go catch a flight!
