Summary: In which Dean is the girl in this relationship.
Author’s Note: Not part of any series or verse, but Dean is loud and misses his Faith.

Dean had learned long ago that despite his dick, he was the woman in this relationship.
Faith may have had the boobs, but she wore the pants and Dean knew that from Day One. She knew what she wanted and she went after it. Dean used to be the same way before the end of the world set up shop in his backyard, but what he appreciated was it made things easier on him. He didn’t have to make the decisions, or read between the lines, or try to infer anything. If Faith wanted it, she took it. If she didn’t, she said so.
It was very, very easy.
After Sam died, Dean wanted to tear every supernatural thing he came across apart. She was on board with that train, and for a while it worked, but eventually the rage started to fade, and Dean went back to just hunting and not searching them out to cause a little violence. There was sex … there was lots of sex, and there was hunting, and there was companionship. For Dean, it was something that was as close to a normal relationship as he was going to get, even if it wasn’t called a relationship and it never would be. Dean didn’t have to hold her, coddle her, or tell her that he loved her-at least most of the time.
This was not one of those times.
“You’re such a girl.”
He smirked a bit, inching in closer to where she was laying in the bed at Bobby’s. She was in bad shape, even for a Slayer, but she claimed that she didn’t need a hospital, and since there were no stabs or gunshot wounds, he was willing to take her word for it. But that didn’t stop him from charging into Bobby’s like a mad man and getting her to a safe place.
“Thought we figured that out a long time ago,” he sighed as he settled. “You’re hot enough that I don’t mind.” She gave him a weak smirk, but she didn’t pull away either. He was quiet for a moment, before leaning in and pressing a kiss to the top of her head. “You are allowed to lean on me. It’s okay.”
She’s quiet for a moment, and he thought for a moment that he pushed things too far. Then she shook her head and just let it rest against his shoulder. “Think I’m good with having the balls in this relationship.”
He smirked again, just staying close and letting her rest against him. “Okay. Fair enough.”
