This is probably the best day of my L-I-F-E
I could barely go to sleep tonight just wondering if last night was real..then I go downstairs and look at the "Will you go to prom with me" signs and remember its real.
Britny. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I know that you were alot of the reason why this happened...and I hope that some day I can pay you back. You are truly the definition of a great friend. I LOVE YOU
This all happened last night..I told my mom I was going to a "orchesis dance tryout" or somthing around 6 so I could go see Joe at gymnastics...(me being the ditz that I am still hadnt put together what was going on)...Danielle met me there and Britny was w/ me along with Michelle(hey gurl) ...we were sitting in the bleachers watching the boys when the announcer guy goes over the microphone and says "ATTENTION..can Danielle Knorrek Please stand up"..I thought I was in trouble so I took my hat off and stood up.
then...three freshman boys came out holding signs facing backwards...they all turned around one at a time saying WILL YOU...GO TO...PROM WITH...and joe did a backflip over the sign, unzipped his coat..and had a sign saying "ME" then he got flowers and started walking towards me..BARRINGTON was screaaming and clapping, Danielle screamed "OMG..IM GONNA PEE" britny had to wake me up and scream "Go to him...hug him" caz my legs wouldn't move. Danielle taped it but the funny part is she missed the backflip...on the tape he looks straight at his mom and smiles. and gave me the flowers.
turns out he actually called my mom the night before and asked if he could take me to prom with my moms permission and said he'll visit the house so she can get to know him better.wow.
that was the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life...and I'll probably never forget this concidering it's about 4 days from my sweet 16. I'm just taking that as one BIG bday present...and honestly I've never been more happy in my entire life.<3 <3 <3
