ive come to the conclusion that im really quite moronic
ok this isnt a new conclusion... but it is a conclusion
who knew that having 12 kagillion people wishing you happy birthday could make someone feel so good
i got calls from justin and catherine
and texties from becky and sami
plus messages from jessica barkley, sarah, jess, andy roo (who got me 2 days early on accident hehe), mike, devan, and scotty (after much prying ::i still heart you::)
even Jayme at work remembered that it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday as soon as i got into the room
mom woke me up @ 6:45 to wish me happy birthday, dude was i out of it
it was a little weird though when people at work who didnt know it was my birthday acted like they should have known and were sorry for not knowing (eeewww and i got a $5 tip for being a hostess from some random man @ the bar eeewwww)
so i had an awesome birthday
ive been blarring shakira -if you laugh i will kill you ; D-
watched the red sox WIN WIN WIN WITH MANNY HITTING A HOMER (finally he has redeemed himself)
got a free birthday sunday at work
and had an indepth convo with Jayme whom i adore
the conclusion i came to is that im unappreciative and in serious need of a reality check
i never in a million years expected anyone to wish me a happy birthday
never expected people to A)remember (especially justin i was suprised) B)actually call me
ive thought of calling people on their birthday but havent actually followed through
shows what a good friend i am
although i do enjoy buying presents for people
presents are fun
basically thanks everyone for giving me an awesome birthday
i didnt do much today... actually only got like 6 hours of sleep, showered, sang shakira, and went to work... but it was oddly one of the best birthdays ive had in a long long time
