Mega bus!!!
Ok so I am totally going to sound like a commercial here for a second. A girl I work with just told me the other day about Mega Bus. It's kind of like greyhound but a million times nicer. It is great if you have family that is near by but still a long car ride away or for say getting from Milwaukee to Chicago for a day. Its clean. The buses are all practically brand new (some of them are even double-deckers) and they drop you off at nice locations unlike Greyhound which for me is located in the ghetto. Right now till sometime in March they are giving away FREE SEATS! So to go somewhere like Chicago to Columbus it cost $1 round trip (reservation fee) I can't take advantage of it right now because of my crazy work schedual but I hope someone out there can. Another co-worker is having her 4 cousins come in to see the show from Kansas City for just $4 round trip. Even without the special promotion, to get from Milwaukee to Chicago is just $12 at most. The fare can also go down depending on how many people have reserved on the bus so sometimes it is $12 sometimes it is $8. Either way it costs way less than if you were driving.
