(no subject)
I haven't posted in a while but frankly, nothing interesting has been going on. Wedding is on track. 40 days and counting. I am very excited. I can't wait for it to get here. But that means faire will be over for another year. I feel bad that I have had to miss the last two weeks (1 due to illness and 1 due to working) but I will be back next week. I hope.
I have been going through physical therapy for my knee for the last month. I was supposed to be released last Friday but of course things don't work in my favor. I am still in pain which means more therapy. Today my doctor told me that it isn't getting better cause I am doing too much with it. She suggested taking time off from work and faire. Now since I live paycheck to paycheck, the taking off work can't happen and I REALLY don't want to take off faire. It was so odd this past week coming home from work and having Justin not there cause he was up at faire. And I can't imagine actually resting if I were to skip anyway. It just isn't in me. Thankfully, my job won't be as crazy for a while after tomorrow. Hopefully I can get enough rest not working 13hr days doing heavy lifting and such the like. I know that I need to take care of my knee but it is just so frustrating. I hate being limited and this year seems to be the year of setting limits for Jamie. First the asthma, then the GERD and now my knee. Ah well, as Justin keeps telling me: "It will all work out in the end. Why worry when there is nothing you can do about it"
