So, R had called earlier in the week to tell me that he couldn't possibly come down for break due to work. With the dreaded thin envelope the other day on top of this, it was looking to be a crappy weekend. But the boy was lying! He surprised me today after class and he's here ALL WEEKEND!!!!

Told mom about him. She gave me the as long as your being responsible and not neglecting your school work I'm happy for you speech. Hopefully, she'll get to meet him at graduation.
