He's just trying to catch a nap on the asphalt in a nearby parking lot and along comes this little dog. He lifts his head to give the dog a look over before snorting smoke. It has a scarf of some sort that it was likely carrying in its mouth before it started barking at him. That probably means it belongs to someone.
He just rumbles a noise back at the noisy little dog, waiting for its owner to catch up or realize it's missing. ]

That was definitely a bark!
She hurries in that direction, and before long the little dragon will have even more interrupting his nap. Naoto spots him first, and for a moment mistakes him for the puppy itself. But then...]
What...?
[Naoto trails off, tilting her head to the side for a better look. You just don't see napping dragons in parking lots where she's from.]

He's intrigued by the fact that she doesn't seem all that scared of him, though. So far the reaction to finding a dragon has been mixed, here. ]

[She starts to walk away, but has to cast one last glance back over her shoulder. Who knows when she'll have another chance to see a dragon.
Though in this city, it might be sooner than she thinks.]
