A city-wide masquerade, mm? I must give some kudos to your dreamer, this is certainly more interesting than the standard fare.

I'm inclined to believe someone is having a little experiment with shared dreaming, personally. Which doesn't entirely discount the possibility of comas, though I'd rather believe someone has some heavy sedatives at their disposal instead.

I've never heard of shared dreaming before. What's that for? Entertainment or juts torture like this?
