[There was always an uneasiness about the city all it took was for one dose of information to act as a catalyst. At least he wasn't alone in the city and managed not to get caught up in the whole mess.]

[there were other, more discrete methods for addressing such issues. Though he holds no great love for Prom or it's maintainers the rioters failed to impress him as well]
