[ The PORTAL has a lovely habit for turning on at the most inopportune times for Charles lately. There's not much to show at first, just the oh so familiar halls of the Xavier Mansion. Eventually Charles comes to a stop and sighs. He lowers his bat, pulling the PORTAL up to look at it. He's never seen a device like it before, and it's more annoying than terrifying. Charles eyes it again before looking up and around the hall again. Hearing voices in his head isn't new, but the fact there are people in his home that he doesn't know is. Especially when he can sense Raven somewhere, but not his mother and step-father. ]
