I'm hoping it means they got home. The last we heard out of Genero wasn't anything about kidnapping, or warnings, though...
[ He trails off, and glances at the forest. ]
...But I think this time it's for real. Her Place of Solace is...I don't know. Different.

It won't be the same here without them. But hopefully going home is a good thing for them.

[ He can't help it. He can't help feeling a sense of loss, even an empathic one, since Equius meant so much to Nepeta, and he barely knew the guy. ]
But, if it's really true...well, I know we should be happy they got out.
[ Except he knows Ace, and Veles are both dead where they came from. Which sort of makes it really hard to be happy about an escape. ]

...But you know? She told me something that last time she came back; she said she remembered us. That she missed us. And that even though she wished she was here, she still remembered all the stuff we did.
...She said it helped give her strength to do what she needed to back in her world.

Sometimes...sometimes things happen, and we don't understand it. But even if it's bad stuff, and even if you're afraid for Tavros...don't be. He's smart, he's strong. He'll be okay.
[ Because nothing ever really dies. No one is gone forever. And Ichigo, being what he is, can actually say that part with perfect conviction. ]

Death isn't the end. It's just a change. Granted it can be a big change, and frightening at first, but as long as you accept that change has to happen, then...it's okay.
Back home? That's what I did. I helped souls that were confused cross over. And we'll miss them, but...but you also don't know what's going to happen. Nobody does. Not really.
