[ The feed opens to a place that few have seen first hand, and fewer still come out remembering it. There is of course one very notable exception showing the inner workings of the mysterious, leeching land ( Read more... )

[...Rinzler almost doesn't respond. He knows the other's purpose in this. Has the memory files to prove it. But this feed is exactly the kind of surveillance he's been unable to manage over weeks of effort. And he's been trying.

If this is real. If the other hasn't just pieced together old archives, adjusted images. That would serve the mech's intentions nearly as well. Rinzler's no editing function, but it seems possible. Maybe even likely.]

Surveillance data: manufactured?

[ Wow. You may not like each other, or anything, but fabricated?! That's a pretty low blow, dude. ]

Data obtained remotely.

[ And just to prove it, have a replay of the still-shots from each marblebot. Number one pops up on screen, and there's a purposeful zoom in on the timestamp, and coordinates. Yes, Rinzler, this is legit surveillance from inside.

...Too bad all that's written in Cybertronian code. ]

[As if you wouldn't if it served your needs.]

Low probability of repeat success.

[You really think this bit of rabble-rousing's worth compromising your surveillance method?

And his PORTAL's actually helping nicely for converting the foreign language. Though Rinzler went and acquired some familiarity with Cybertronian code regardless.]

[ He didn't blow his cover for no reason, Rinzler. You'll see. ]

Multiple incursions successful. Continued success likely.

[ And rabble-rousing serves it's purposes.
...So do marblebots left in Knock Out's shop. You've been a naughty program Rinzler.
Not gonna let YOU know that HE knows that YOU were in there just yet, though. ]

[He sees something already. You're meeting with the users? That's more personal involvement than he'd expected. Rinzler would consider crashing the party, but. Well. They've played that Game already.]

Public broadcast. Approximate size, positioning, methods made clear. [Rinzler can start making guesses about what kind of bugs you're planting, and this is anything but his field of expertise.] Significant variation required for future success.

[And he has no idea what you're talking about. Nothing happened. At all.]

[ The more you keep talking to him like he's an idiot, the worse you're pissing him off Rinzler. ]

Acknowledged, agreed.

[ Well duh. ]

Sharing specification files for equipment through compromised network; Unnecessary.
"Program" Drone functions limited to automation, gaming protocol, limited self-affirmed function.

[Oh. He's sorry to offend your obviously unfathomable intelligence. Wait. He's not.]

Equipment limited. Assumption of capabilities: exaggerated.

[Though really, he's interested in seeing you and Genero go at it. He'll just sit back. And observe. Plenty of data to be gathered. You've given him some already.]

Functions adaptable. Expanded. Your data: limited. [Not a drone. Or didn't you learn that last time?]

[ Do you really want to turn this into a disk size comparison Rinzler? Really? ]

Equipment more than adequate for designated tasks.

[ Like seeing what you're up to. And since you've already showed you've been sneaking around the security leak Knock Out's place, it's long past time he sent Deployer out to drop a few dozen marblebots off at the arena too.

brb, air raid.
Oh, and just to really give you the finger on this one? Have a backtrace, and a data packet surge. You want data? Here's lots of data. All of it useless, all of it distracting, most of it annoying, and in spades. DDoS attack, wut
He doesn't mean to accomplish much with the second part of these functions, other than cause Rinzler a distraction, and hopefully a headache! ]

[Maybe.

Since the security leak Knock Out tried tampering with his security, Rinzler's upped his efforts on the Arena's encryptions and quarantine measures. Detection as well. He'll notice those marblebots. And taking them apart will doubtless prove... confusing informative.

But first he'll just. Be. ...what?

Sorry, Soundwave. Rinzler's a little busy trying to make sense out of your overload of nyancats spam. He'll have a retort for you later.]

[ Just as planned. And as Rinzler is trying to make heads, or tails out of all that junk - much of it still coded in old Cybertronian, though a fair amount is the secondary language which consists largely of high pitched whirs, whines, and all around irritating sounds - Deployer is dropping to the safest minimum altitude it can.

Then? Like metallic hail, the 'tink, tink, tink' of dozens of little ball bearings come raining down. Into the stands, into the grid itself, each one rolling along of it's own initiative. Some heading for convenient shadowed spaces, some for tight gaps, and under stairs, about a half dozen transforming, and drilling into the grid constructs itself. But even then, there's still about seven of the little buggers scurrying their way right out into the open. Decoys in a way, but also taking readings as fast as they could on the infrastructure, the physics, the way the floors, or walls could change their resolution from transparent to opaque. The list went on.

Have fun trying to sort out this mess, Rinzler. ]
