[ A few moments later her portal clatters to the floor, loudly, followed by a thud. Her head is twisted around backwards almost completely, and she has a huge gash in her forehead, scalp laying barely attached and discarded for the time being, brain visible. It remains that way for about ten seconds before the flesh and hair completely start to reattached and regrow, and her head starts to turn back around properly. She gasps for air as she comes back to life, grunting loudly as things crackle into place. ]
