[The video fuzzes on. A figure is silhouetted against a fiery background, with a glowing eye in the center of his forehead. But more than that is hard to see, as the video keeps going fuzzy staticy, as though the PORTAL recording it is being subjected to great force.
The voice, however, is perfectly clear.]
To those responsible for this- The child, as well as the man he spoke to- You should be able to hear my voice. You have brought many here for your pointless game, and caused many to suffer. You have trespassed in the souls of everyone here, and for that, I will not forgive you.
