His hand palms his temple after smacking his head to cause the first loud sound, a product of his hunting instincts and waking in a snap reflex.
Though voice can't be heard his video unintentionally snaps back on when he climbs back up to a seated position, none too put off by his tumble because he'd been in worse condition and feeling hungover from how long he'd been asleep which was looking to be about indefinitely until the PORTAL started recording his breaching Promenade's reality once again.
From its place on the bed that it's recording Dean can be seen halfway upside down at a 90 degree right angle unshaven and looking haggard. His eyes blink bleariness away and help him into consciousness once, twice, before he realizes what must have happened and tries in vain to check the calendar or his device for any sign of life. Being greeted with the fact that it was already video taping him.]
