[After his encounter with Andrew Ryan turned sour, and after discovering that one of his friends has had her memory thoroughly blitzed, Jack has decided to make himself busy over the past few days. All you Promenadians might have noticed the results of his efforts, as there are now quite a few of these mysterious electric chambers scattered and stationed throughout the city. He's got quite a lot of ground to cover, though, so he's still working at dreaming one up on every other street corner or so.
