Video; Untraceable Portal ID
[ The feed begins in blackness, as though someone's Portal was turned on while still inside a pocket. The sounds are strangely echoing, indicative of a large, open room?
Then, all of a sudden, whatever was obscuring the camera is removed to show a rather grisly sight.
A young man. Bare to the waist. His wrists, and ankles are tied to a metal frame. His upper arms, and upper thighs are, likewise, tightly bound to this makeshift rack as well. A blindfold covers his eyes, but the camera shows the wires, and clips attached to electrodes methodically, and clinically placed on every major muscle group. And by the singed skin around those electrodes, and the four parallel lines burned into either side of his chest, he has been this way for several hours, already. He is hanging limply from his restraints, his head bowed forward. A slight 'snap' sounds off camera, and a latex-gloved hand reaches over to wave a small vial of something acrid under his nose.
Ichigo's body jerks, and he coughs as he attempts to turn his head away from the ammonia smell. When he opens his mouth to try, and not breathe through his nose, a little blood shows on his lips where he has bitten his own tongue. ]
"Pay attention. This is a public service announcement, after all." [ says a calm, clinical, and possibly recognizable voice from off camera. ]
"State your name, and the nature of your disobedience."
[ Ichigo's jaw tightens, and he purposefully turns his blindfolded eyes away from the sound of that voice.
An almost inaudible sigh sounds. Then a low-level buzzing noise, and suddenly Ichigo's restrained limbs begin to seize violently, and the lighting within the room dims just a little. The electricity is turned up, and left that way until a strangled yell makes it past a spasmodically clenched jaw. ]
"Record exceprt for Doctor Heda Genero, case number 228-31. Subject has proven obstinate regarding the blatant, and repeated disobedience at wearing a mask during daylight hours.
Now; State. Your. Name.
[ Panting, and hanging like a ragdoll from his restraints, Ichigo gulps down breath enough to speak. His voice is as abused as the rest of his body from the prolonged electrocution. ]
"Guh....Go....f-fuck y'rself..."
[ Another mild 'tsk', and this time the electricity is not turned off.
Only the camera is. ]
((OOC: BASICALLY; Ichigo has been refusing to wear his daytime mask, even while out in public. He is being "tested" (read; tortured ) to determine the reason for this rebellious nature. Obviously Genero is brown font, and Ichigo is orange font |D; ))
