Morning/Video

[Like a lot of people, Harry was not happy to wake up a few days ago with the memories of ten years of life suddenly jammed in his head and realizing that none of it was true. Even knowing that it was this damned city and its damned powers that played them like puppets, it was a gut punch to know he'd forgotten so much. Forgotten Chicago, his brother, his grandfather, the Alphas, the White Council (though that didn't bother him as much as the other things), Karrin and most importantly...he forgot Maggie. He forgot his only child.

So the PORTAL clicks on and Harry is staring back at it with the look of a man who hasn't seen his pillow in a while. And its true. Mostly because he's been busy filling in the stack of notebooks beside him and because, well...he was spooked. He fell asleep a week ago and woke up to a happy life, a fiancee and being a damn puppet to this city. But the exhaustion is second to the anger that forms ugly creases around his eyes. He hasn't shaved, he hasn't seen much of a comb either. But he doesn't care, cause SOMETHING needs to be said.]

I want a word with your majesties, if I may.

Actually, no, I want a lot of words. Namely coming from you two. And for once, you can both skip the propaganda and the sugar coating. You can start giving answers, for once.

Who was that voice in that broadcast? I'm not the only one who saw it. That guy, whoever it is, that scared you both. That person who, I'm pretty sure, was the reason a lot of us in this city had our memories tampered with, our emotions played with when ten years that never happened got shoved into our brains.

You both say you care about us? Then start telling us the truth.
