[The years have mostly been kind to Jack-except, of course, for the sudden and inexplicable disappearance of his voice. Since then, he hasn't often strayed far from his home on the beach, but apparently he's had plenty to keep himself occupied.]

I'm planning an expedition to map the bottom of the ocean floor around Promenade. I haven't run anything by any officials yet, but I wanted to know if anyone would be interested in joining me. I am experienced in manning underwater vessels, but it would be great if others with experience could come along.

I don't anticipate any great danger down there, but even if there is, I'll have that covered as well. If anyone's got any questions, feel free to ask me here.
