[A pause and then you hear something wiggling and scratching, before a familiar voice, Krypta, gives a yelp and lets whatever she was holding go. The PORTAL gets dropped in the process and goes skidding while you hear the sound of 'click click click' go against the tiles.]
Hey, get away from there! Conan! You can't play with tha-
[The feed scuttles back and forth between the view of the floor and spinning, to the view of nothing and sounds of something being chased across the floor. This continues for a few minutes or so, before you finally see the video click back on, and stay on this time.
And then you see this.
Krypta pops down on a couch nearby and gives a wave, whereas the kitten keeps happily licking the milk.]
Well, that was definitely an adventure, huh? Glad to say I got missed. Don't know how things would've been if I was caught in it. Ichigo, Hollowbutt, you two okay? I'm just glad it wasn't a surprise attack or some random evil thing this time. Anyway, give me a shout if you're fine or whatnot.
[She leans forward and cuts off the feed- or at least, she plans to. The PORTAL still keeps recording, showing what happens after she makes her announcement. The kitten gives a mewing sound and then hops back up, purring and rubbing itself along the side of the sofa. When it turns the corner, however, ears go flat and it lets out a growl. The camera follows it to view a closed door, which is actually Krypta's bedroom. She turns on the couch, and then scoops the cat up.]
Conan, be good. I know you don't like it and I don't either, but we can't do much about it now. That's why we're sleeping out here, okay? Just for now. I'll get it to go away soon.
