[ Ichigo just rolls his eyes, and heads down to the beach. He blurs out of shunpo just a few feet from Byakuya, looking askance at the elder Kuchiki. Oh, and that paranoia? Well, let's just say it's well founded, and because of that, he never goes anywhere unarmed.

Side eyes, Byakuya. You get them. ]

Oi. Look at me first, before we go anywhere. Let me see your eyes.

[Byakuya can feel him before he arrives, and even though the reiatsu is familiar and unmistakably Ichigo, he still rests a hand on the hilt of Senbonzakura. This world is new and confusing and he won't take risks.

But he turns toward Ichigo to show his eyes. They're grey, just as they always have been.]

[ Well, Ichigo has always had a measure of reiatsu-dyslexia thanks to his massive amounts of personal reiatsu, but he does okay with finding people he's familiar with, provided it's not a huge distance.

But, once he sees Byakuya's eyes aren't red, he visibly relaxes a little. ]

Okay. Sorry about that, but there was some seriously weird stuff that happened not too long ago. I had to be sure.

[ Smiling, he nods over his shoulder. ]

[ Well, when they can all sit down, and relate what's been going on, you'll understand Byakuya.
Ichigo doesn't wait, either. He's not keen about being out on the beach at night. Bad memories.

But, he does drop out of shunpo on the street in front of the clinic, looking a little uncomfortable. ]

This place? This whole city? It's one huge, complex dream. Everything about it works a lot differently than the Living World, or Soul Society does.
...And one of the ways is...well...my inner hollow isn't exactly "inner" right now.

Oh, we're still connected, and I keep him under control, don't worry. But...he's...kind of got his own body, and stuff. You'll probably be meeting him real soon. But, don't try to hurt him, okay? [Coming out of Shunpo, Byakuya waits for Ichigo to let him in, but he looks back to the orange-haired man when he starts to "speak."

And then promptly stares at him when that bit of information is revealed. He's talked to the Hollow already, but he had thought that somehow the damn thing had just taken control over Ichigo's body again.

But this? Is ridiculous. And he's keeping the Hollow there with Rukia?

You are not cool, Ichigo.]
